Abstract


Abstract: This research aims to determine the relationship between Attachment with self confidence kids 4-6 years at Tunas Karya kinderganten District Kampar. This type of corelation. Sampling tools using sampling tecninique saturated sampling that amounted to 40 children. Data collections in this research is primary data, using observatio sheet. The results obtained from this study note that the relationship attachment with self confidence kids 4-6 years at Tunas Karya Kindergarten district Bangkinang Kampar regency is in the category of being. Based on chi square corelations value between attachment with self confidence obtained value 0,033 or <0,05. Because probability value <0,05 (0,033<0,05) hence Ho rejected thus can be interpreted that there is significant relation between both variables. While this diraction of the relationship is positive, meaning the better the attachment of the child the better the confidence of the child. Result of research from coefficient value determinant that yielded is KD =r2x100%= 0,4562x 100%= 20,79 % hence can be seen that attachment correlation equal to 20,79 % to confedence. To find out how significant attachment to be confidence of children obtained the value of tarithmetic amounted to 10,476 with a significance of 0,033 obtained ttable of value 9,488 with dk= n-2 = 40-2 =38 at 5% significance level equal to 9,488 thus known tcount (10,476)> ttable (9,488). Can be interpreted that attachment affects the confidence of children. Which means the better the attachment of the child the better his self-confidence.
