PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT NAGARI AIE ANGEK KECAMATAN X (SEPULUH) KOTO TERHADAP PENERAPAN HUKUM WARIS ISLAM ADAT DAN PERDATA

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the public perception Nagari Aie Angek Kecamatan X (sepuluh) Koto against application of the law of Islamic Inheritance customs and civil. The respondents in this study were 88 family card by using Purposive Sampling technique. The technique of data collection conducted through Questionnaires, interviews, field observations and documentation. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis research. This method is done with the data processing results of the data presented via the calculation of a percentage of the question form. Based on the results of research conducted on public perception public perception Nagari Aie Angek Kecamatan X (sepuluh) Koto against application of the law of Islamic Inheritance customs and civil, then it can be drawn the conclusion that the overall data regarding the application of the law of Islamic Inheritance customs and civil are at the lack of implementation of Islamic inheritance law, custom, and civil litigation in Nagari Aie Angek, third law of inheritance that most States lack of application of the law of civil as much as an heir 48.9%. Based on the results of research and analysis of the data, the researchers then give recommendations to the community in order to learn the Aie Angek Nagari and understand how the systematic division of heritage through civil law and Islamic law.
