PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TPS (THINK PAIR SHARE) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR EKONOMI SISWA KELAS XI IPS 1 SMA NEGERI I RANTAU KOPAR KABUPATEN ROKAN HILIR
Abstract
Abstract: The purpose of this action research is to determine how the application of Cooperative Learning Model TPS (think pair share) can Improve Student Motivation Economy Class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Kopar I Rokan Hilir. This research is a class act consisting of two cycles, with four sessions each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the study in the first cycle by using cooperative learning methods Type TPS (think pair share) to Improve Student Motivation Learning Economy Class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Kopar I Rokan Hilir has increased. Motivation to study economics students, the first cycle and the first meeting of the two obtained a score of 2.51 with a lower classification. Then in the second cycle of the first and second meetings has increased with a score of 5.13 with a high category and occurs on average change in score at 4:13 with a high category. It can be concluded that by applying the type cooperative learning model TPS (Think Pair Share) was found to increase students' motivation.
