Abstract


Employee satisfaction is an emotional state of pleasant and unpleasant that may affect
work behavior such as motivation and morale, the productivity or performance, and other
nforms of work behavior.
This research was conducted at Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru, at Jenderal Sudirman street
72-74 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to analyze the factors of job satisfaction on
Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru
In this study an extensible methodology used is descriptive, where samples are used that
HR employees Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the HRD, to
determine the sample using census methods, data collection through interviews,
observation and questionnaire.
From the analysis of the human resources department employee job satisfaction
conducted by Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru on factors that include salary, promotion,
supervision, relationships with co-workers and working conditions, stating that the job
satisfaction factors are at kateori well.
