PENYEBAB KONFLIK TENURIAL DAN UPAYA PENYELESAIANNYA STUDI PADA MASYARAKAT DESA SUKAMAJU KECAMATAN SINGINGI HILIR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Sukamaju village, Singingi Hilir district, Kuantan Singingi regency this aims to find out and obtain information about the causes of tenure conflicts that occur between the Sukamaju Village Community and PT. Adimulia Agrolestari, and to find out what efforts have been made by the conflict. This research uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive. Whith the number of subjects five people who come from the community with the condition that subjects other than villagers include transmigrants who have lived in the village for decades, and are felt to be able to define and explain a procces of solving problems based on existing fakra for data collection using observation techniques, in-depth inverviews and documentation. The theory used in conflict theory. Field research found that land conflict were caused by overlapping land of transmigrant communities with the Compansy’s HGU (Right to Use) which continues to be a debate that has led to conflicts until now. The community has made various efforts to resolve the conflict, but the company still admints that it is land that is also included in the HGU (Right to Use).
Oil palm plantation companies with communities are always a record of cases of conflict problems that always exist, and land conflicts are also classic problems and tend to drag on throughout the year.
