PENGARUH PEMBERIAN MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN PADA HOTEL BATIQA PEKANBARU
Abstract
This research aims to find out the provision of motivation and work environment to the spirit of work (empirical study of employees at Hotel Batiqa Pekanbaru. The free variables are the provision of motivation (X1) and the work environment (X2). While the bound variable is the spirit of work (Y). In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with the SPSS program. The population in this study was a permanent employee of 45 people, with the sample technique used, namely total census / sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, types and data sources using primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using the likert scale. From data analysis that includes validity tests, realibility tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, and significance tests with t (partial) tests, and f (simultaneous) tests. The results of this study showed that the results of the first test hypothesis t test, giving motivation to the spirit of work that is t calculated (3,216) > t table (1,681) This means that the provision of motivation has a significant effect on the spirit of work. Both work environments to the spirit of work, namely t count (3,059) > t table (1,681) means that the work environment has a significant effect on the spirit of work. The results of the f test of motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the spirit of work, namely the f-count test (7,062) > (3.22) means that the provision of motivation and work environment simultaneously has a significant effect on the spirit of work
