PENGARUH SOSIALISASI KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM INDONESIA PADA AKUN TWITTER @KPU_ID TERHADAP MINAT PEMILIH PEMULA UNTUK BERPARTISIPASI DALAM PEMILU 2019
Abstract
This research is entitled "The Influence of Socialization of the Indonesian Election Commission on Twitter Account @KPU_ID Against the Interest of Beginner Voters to Participate in 2019 Elections in Indonesia " which aims to find out: 1. To find out how the Influence of the Indonesian Election Commission's Socialization on Twitter Account @KPU_ID Against the Interest of Beginner Voters to Participate in the 2019 Election in Indonesia 2. To find out how much the Socialization of the Indonesian Election Commission On the Twitter Account @KPU_ID Against the Interest of Beginner Voters to Participate In 2019 Elections.
This research is quantitative explanatory research. And this study also uses a simple linear regression analysis method that is used to measure the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. In this study the researcher will use accidental sampling technique, this technique is the taking of respondents as a sample based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to be found is suitable as a source. The sample that will be determined by the researcher to be the respondent is follower twitter @KPU_ID. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, with the type of questionnaire closed.
This study obtained results that the socialization carried out by the General Election Commission via twitter @KPU_ID was good. So that it has a relationship and influence on increasing voter participation in the 2019 Presidential Election. The influence of the independent variable (Socialization) with the dependent variable (Participation) is 53.7%, while the remaining 46.3% is influenced by other variables not included in the study this.
