PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN KOMIK DIGITAL BERBASIS MOTION COMIC PADA MATERI SISTEMREGULASI UNTUK SISWA KELAS XI SMA

Abstract


Digital comic media based on motion comics is included in the type of audio-visual media created through a digital process with the output in the form of video containing simple animations, transitions, panning and zooming equipped with soundtrack and backsound. This study aims to produce motion comic-based digital comic learning media on regulatory system material for class XI high school students. This research was carried out in two places, namely on the campus of the Biology Education Study Program, Riau University and at SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. This type of research is Research and Development using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implement, and evaluate. However, this research is limited to the development stage. The research procedure starts from the analysis stage, then the design and development stage of motion comic-based digital comics. After the design stage is complete, validation will be carried out by the validator to see whether or not the results of the digital comic development that have been carried out are valid. Then, the first stage of the trial was conducted for students and the second stage of the trial for students at SMAN 2 Pekanbaru to see the students' responses to the motion comic-based digital comics that had been developed. Based on the results of data analysis, a recap of the validation results of the 3 motion comics on aspects of comic content, linguistic/communication aspects, presentation aspects, overall display aspects, and supporting software aspects respectively are 3.83, 3.78, 3.69, 3.83, and 3.58 with scores an overall average of 3.74 which is in the very valid category. Meanwhile, the results of the first phase of the 3 motion comic trials on the aspect of appearance, language aspect, and overall content aspect were 3.71 with a very good category. Phase II trials of the 3 motion comics on the aspect of appearance, language aspect, and overall content aspect were 3.78 with a very good category. Based on the results of validation, testing and data analysis that have been carried out, it can be concluded that digital comics based on motion comics in the regulatory system material for class XI SMA students that have been developed have very valid and very good categories so that these digital comics can be implemented in learning activities at school. class.
