PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PENGOLAHAN PADA PT PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA V PKS SEI PAGAR

Abstract


his study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline, and competence on the performance of employees in the processing department at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pks Sei Pagar. This study uses the census method in which the entire population is sampled with a total sample of 60 people. Primary data collection using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS program. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it shows that the simultaneous regression test (F test) shows that all the independent variables studied together have a positive and significant effect on the variable performance of the employees of the processing section of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pks Sei Pagar. The partial regression test (t test) shows that: 1) the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable in the processing departement of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pks Sei Pagar, 2) the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable in the processing departement of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pks Sei Pagar, 3) the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable in the processing departement of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pks Sei Pagar.
