Abstract


RH.Laksamana is a cassava processing industry in Riau, which produces cassava starch (Tapioca) products. Some of the problems that arise include: decreasing supply of raw materials, partnerships that have not run optimally, human resources, technology that is still simple , minimal marketing channels, and a new industry style. This complex problem resulted in instability in the RH Admiral in carrying out business activities. This indicates that the business model that has been used so far is unable to deal with changing dynamic business situations, so a new strategy is needed with a breakthrough in the Business Model Canvas (BMC). This study aims to map, analyze, and formulate new alternative strategies based on BMC. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative method with a case study approach.
