PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA KARYAWAN HOTEL GRAND SUKA PEKANBARU
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as a mediating variable for employees at Hotel Grand Suka Pekanbaru. The population and sample in this study included all hotel employees, amounting to 104 people. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use path analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that the author uses is a census technique in which the entire population is sampled in this study. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the partial regression test (t) shows that all the independent variables and the mediating variables studied: organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, the sobel test shows that organizational commitment as a mediating variable can strengthen the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable in this study.
