PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN (DIKLAT) SERTA KNOWLEDGE SAHARING TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI RUMAH SAKIT JIWA TAMPAN PROVINSI RIAU DI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of education and training (training) and knowledge sharing on the performance of employees at the handsome mental hospital, Riau province. The population in this study were all civil servants in the general and financial department at the handsome mental hospital, Riau province. The primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of the study and to test the proposed hypothesis. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis method using IBM SPSS version 23. Sampling using a saturated sampling method or census technique by taking a sample of 56 respondents. The results showed that: 1) education and training had a positive effect on the performance of civil servants, 2) knowledge sharing had a positive effect on employee performance, 3) there was a simultaneous positive effect between education and training and knowledge sharing on employee performance.
