Penentuan Prioritas Perbaikan Sistem Drainase Kelurahan Tangkerang Utara Kota Pekanbaru Dengan Aplikasi Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process
Abstract
Drainage system is regarded widely as a road-complementary facility as one of the technical requirement for road infrastructure. Drainage system’s function is to drain water that is flooding the road infrastructure and its surrounding facilities. Maintenance is required so drainage system can continuously work as optimally as possible. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method used to help solving problem in decision making, such as determining the priorities of drainase system maintenance due to limited resources. The purpose of this research is to determine the maintenance priority of drainage systems installed at Tangkerang Utara Sub-district, Pekanbaru City using AHP. The chosen drainage system hierarchy criterions in this study are technical aspect, social aspect, and cultural aspect with each aspect having 5 alternatives. Analysis of expert opinions data, collected using pairwise comparison questionnaire, is done both manually using Microsoft Excel and automatically using Criterium DecisionPlus. From the analysis result, it’s concluded that cultural criterion is the most influential in determining maintenance priority of Tangkerang Utara Sub-district drainage system with priority of percentage of 42,19%, while Kali Putih Street drainage system is the most beneficial to do maintenance on with maintenance priority percentage of 25,38%.
