Abstract


This research explain about South Korea Multinational Corporation
business in Indonesia, Samsung Group Company. At this time Samsung Company
has become the leader and risen to be number one market smartphone in
Indonesia. Samsung’s smartphone could defeat product of Apple Inc, Research in
Motion (RIM) Coorperation, and the other phone’s Companies. This research was
conducted using library research methods where the data and information are
obtained from sources that are relevant to this problem of the research. This
research uses qualitative analysis and to analyze the strategy of Samsung Group
Company is used competitive adventage theory by Michael E. Porter. Samsung
Group Company realize that to make competitive manufacture is used build
research and development (R&D) overseas and that forced by inovative
management. The writer used data which was collected from journals, books, and
website to analyze the research. This research finds out that the strategy of
Samsung Group Company in Indonesia was using Inovative product for customer
in Indonesia, There are quality inovative, design inovative, and creative
management so Samsung products can be the favorite product in Indonesian.
