STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI FORUM ANAK RIAU GO TO SCHOOL DALAM MENSOSIALISASIKAN PENCEGAHAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL ANAK DI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract

Program Forum Anak Riau Go To School Currently, the Riau Children's Forum is using a Communication Strategy by conducting outreach for students at the schools they visit, namely by providing messages related to violence against children. The Riau Children's Forum also uses social media such as (Instagram, Facebook) to convey messages that are as interesting as possible so that students are interested in reading the messages conveyed. This research aims to find out the communication strategy of the Riau Go To School Children's Forum in socializing the prevention of child sexual violence in Pekanbaru City.
The type of research used by the author is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research location that the researcher chose was Jalan Pepaya no. 67, Pekanbaru City, precisely at the secretariat of the Riau Children's Forum. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. To check the validity of the data, triangulation techniques are used.
The results of this research are strategies for selecting communicators, namely members of the Riau Children's Forum, facilitators and mentors. The message processing strategy carried out by the Riau Children's Forum has several core message points, the first is related to messages regarding the Riau children's forum, the second is information and education on child sexual violence, the third is third parties or places to complain about child sexual violence. Media selection strategy used by WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube. The strategy for determining communication targets is students and the community around the school. The response or effect of communication is a positive response from the audience.
