STRATEGI PERANGKAT DAERAH KECAMATAN RUMBAI DALAM MERAIH KECAMATAN PERINGKAT PERTAMA DI KOTA PEKANBARU2021/2022

Abstract

The sub-district is one of the regional apparatuses of the Regency/City regional government which functions to provide public services to the community. To improve the quality of public services in the sub-district, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the sub-district so that the performance of the sub- district in providing services can be measured and assessed objectively. EKK is to find out and evaluate the performance of sub-districts in administering government, development, and society, in sub-districts within the Regency/City of Riau Province. This research explains that Rumbai District won the first ranking sub-district in Pekanbaru City as seen from the sub-district performance evaluation in 2022. The aim of this research is to determine the strategies carried out by Rumbai District Regional Officials and the success factors of regional officials in achieving first place in the sub-district in Pekanbaru City. This research is descriptive qualitative research with the main data sources being primary data and secondary data. The theory used in this research is strategy theory and organizational commitment. The data collection techniques used were interview techniques, documentation and literature study. This data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this research are that active activities carried out by sub-district regional officials are included in the evaluation of sub-district performance so that it becomes the sub-district's strategy to achieve the first ranking sub-district in Pekanbaru city, and with the latest innovations every month it becomes a success factor for Rumbai Sub-district to become the Ranking Sub-district. First in Pekanbaru City in 2022.
