Abstract


Advertising in Indonesia experienced rapid development after the political reform in 1998. Because directly the nuances of freedom of communication enjoyed by the public, encouraging the making of advertisements to be expressive with a touch of creativity in accordance with the dynamics of the demands of society. Vircansa Media Production is one of the companies in Pekanbaru that is engaged in creative agency and offers marketing strategy services, video ads, product, compro, graphic design and social media management. Vircansa Media Production offers services that can promote the optimization of a company’s digital marketing. The purpose of this research is to find out the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Vircansa Media Production’s creative agency marketing communication strategy in increasing the number of customers.
