Abstract


Every government agency, both central and regional, that has a workforce of both State Civil Apparatus (ASN) or also called by another name, namely services that must be standardized on a public service code of ethics. Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach that is descriptive in nature with the process of collecting data through interviews and document studies. The research was conducted at the Pucuk Rantau District Office. The results of this study stated that the implementation of the Employee Code of Ethics at the Pucuk Rantau District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency, had not been fully implemented. There are still several employees who have not implemented the Code of Ethics at the Pucuk Rantau Sub-District Office so that the implementation of the Code of Ethics at the Pucuk Rantau Sub-District Office is not carried out properly. Implementation of the Employee Code of Ethics at the Pucuk Rantau Sub-District Office has not been maximized due to the absence of unclear sanctions for violations of the Code of Ethics by Employees
