IMPLEMENTATION OF DOMESTIC TOUR ACTIVITIES AT THE TRAVEL AGENCY AT PT. HIJRAH TOUR & TRAVEL PEKANBARU

ABSTRACT
Domestic Tour is a local tourism travel activity carried out by a person/group with the aim of going to an area that is still within the scope of the country. Travel Bureau as a company providing services and organizing travel for people who aim to travel. PT. Aras Hijrah Tour & Travel Pekanbaru is a travel agency that has been around for a long time, located in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. This study aims to find out how the implementation is carried out when going on a domestic tour activity at a travel agency at PT. Aras Hijrah Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. The implementation that will be carried out is that there are 3 aspects such as forming its own branch office, collaborating with the tourism industry and collaborating with other travel agencies. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe the actual situation by collecting data from observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study can be seen how the implementation is carried out by the travel agency at PT. Aras Hijrah Tour & Travel especially on domestic tour activities.
