Abstract


ABSTRACT

One government agency that has problems with the administration of government is the Kota Lama Lurah Office, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency. Based on the data the author collected, it is known that the Kota Lama Lurah Office, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This study aims to determine the implementation of public services at the Kota Lama Lurah Office, Kunto Darussalam District in 2020 and to find out the obstacles in implementing public services at the Kota Lama Lurah Office, Kunto Darussalam District in 2020. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the implementation of public services at the Kota Lama Lurah Office? Kunto Darussalam District in 2020? And what are the obstacles in the implementation of public services at the Kota Lama Lurah Office, Kunto Darussalam District in 2020?
The research method used is a qualitative method by explaining the data descriptively. The type of research data used is primary in the form of data obtained from research informants and secondary in the form of data obtained from related documents. The informants in this study were the Head of the Kota Lama Lurah, the Secretary of the Kota Lama Lurah, the Kota Lama community.
Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of public services at the Old City Lurah Office of Kunto Darussalam District in 2020 is known to have not been maximized, seen from the effectiveness that the process of completing some correspondence and other administrative matters takes up to days. obstacles in the implementation of public services at the Kota Lama Lurah Office, Kunto Darussalam District in 2020 such as a lack of information media,decision making at the Lurah, and services that last for days.
