Based on the results of the research, it shows that the hypothesis which states that there is transformational leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru is acceptable. This means that transformational leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance ( Y) This means that the better transormational leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Grand Zuri hotel, Pekanbaru. This is evidenced by the results of research. So the value of Ftable at dfl = 2 and df2 = 61 is 2.84.This means that Fcount (11.344)> Ftable (2.84) with a significant 0.00 <0.05, so thus Ha is accepted.
