Abstract


Tour Package (Tourism Package) is a package in a program that contains Travel Trips, consisting of various services and travel facilities packaged by a travel agency with a complete components of tour, such as destinations or tourist objects, accommodation, transportation, meals, and including a tour guide for a certain duration of time. This research aims to find out how the arrangement of travel packages works. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe the real situation by collecting information data from the field. The key informant of this research is the managing director. The data collection techniques from this research are observation, interviews, documentation and also documentation studies. Based on the results of the research, it can be inferred that the working procedure for the arrangement of the tour package at Riz Prima DMC has done well in its preparation. Tour Planner already understands how to prepare tour packages that are ready to be marketed and sold.
