KOMUNIKASI INSTRUKSIONAL INSTRUKTUR PADA PROGRAM PELATIHAN SERVIS SEPEDA MOTOR DI UNIT PELAKSANA TEKNIS LATIHAN KERJA (UPT-LK) WILAYAH I PEKANBARU
Abstract
The job training center is a place to hone skills in the technical implementing unit for work training in Pekanbaru Region I. The programs at the job training center are mechanics, electricity, automotive, building, commerce, agriculture, information technology and tourism. The motorcycle service program is a program that attracts many enthusiasts from year to year starting from Pekanbaru and outside the region. This success cannot be separated from the role of instructors in using instructional communication in educating participants. Currently, there are many alumni of the motorcycle service program, starting from opening their own business, working in sorum like Yamaha and honda. The purpose of this study was to determine the credibility of the instructor, instructional methods and instructional media in the motorcycle service program in the technical implementation unit of work training area I Pekanbaru
.This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. This research. The selection of informants by the author uses a purposive technique. The data collection used by the author is by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, for the analysis of the data used is non-statistical, the technique of checking and validating the data is carried out with the extension of participation, triangulation of sources, theories and methods.
The results of the study show that the credibility of the instructor is very high, this can be seen from the instructor before doing the learning by providing motivation and also mingling to change the participants so that they are active and not awkward to achieve learning goals. Instructional communication methods used by instructors are task method, question and answer method, Softalk and practice in providing an understanding in theory and practice. as for the visual and audio visual media used in the form of pictures in the form of power points, animated videos, while for the media the tools used are manual books, participant notebooks, markers, whiteboards, projectors, laptops, motorcycle electrical simulation panels. and motorcycle units.
