PELAKSANAAN KESELAMATAN KEAMANAN PADA LAUNDRY SECTION DAN ROOM SECTION EVO HOTEL PEKANBARU

Abstract

Evo Hotel Pekanbaru is under the management of PT. Salindo Angkasa Nusantara Bersaudara is located in a very strategic area of Pekanbaru city, namely on Jl Jenderal Sudirman No. 8, Wonorejo, Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru City. This hotel is only about 15 minutes from the Sultan Syarif Qasim II International Airport Pekanbaru. With its grand opening on January 22, 2017, this hotel has officially become one of the international standard hotels in Pekanbaru city. The importance of implementing safety and security for housekeeping employees at Evo Hotel Pekanbaru. The implementation of safety and security is an effort to protect against the possibility of work accidents carried out by one person or group of people during work. This study uses a qualitative method with sub-variables security safety in the laundry and security in the room and the factors that influence the implementation of security safety at Evo Hotel Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were 3 employees of Evo Hotel Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the research conducted, the overall implementation of safety and security in the housekeeping department still needs to be improved.
