Abstract

Health is an investment for the state, in the sense that it can carry out development to be able to realize national goals, it requires strong, independent, and qualified human resources. One of the government program, the target of the Healthy Indonesia program is to increase the health status and nutritional status of the community through health efforst and community empowerment supported by financial protection and aquitable distribution of health services. From the result of the study, there are still many people who do not know the existance and benefits of the Healthy Indonesia Program Card (KIS), this this because the delivery of information or socialization has not been comprehensive. The resources aspect shows that there are still human resources who do not have the expertise, the authority is still not fully granted, an obstacles in implementing the Healthy Indonesia (KIS) program in Benai District include inadequate health service facilities in making outreach to the community and the lack of thoroughness of the officers.
