DINAMIKA PROSES POLITIK DAN ADMINISTRATIF DALAM PEMEKARAN NAGARI SALAREH AIA, KECAMATAN PALEMBAYAN, KABUPATEN AGAM, PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT TAHUN 2017-2021

Abstract

Regional expansion is carried out on the basis of the aim of accelerating services to the community by combining or separating two or more regions into new areas. In the process of expansion, of course, there are many things that must be carried out in accordance with existing regulations. The expansion at the Nagari Salareh Aia level has a long process to reach the expansion stage. This process has been started since 2017 and has not even been completed until early 2022. This study aims to determine the dynamics of the political and administrative processes in the division of Nagari Salareh Aia in 2017-2021 and to find out what factors are hindering the expansion process. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research type. The types of research data are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis.
The results of this study are the dynamics of the political and administrative processes as well as the inhibiting factors in the expansion of Nagari Salareh Aia. This division process refers to Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 1 of 2017 concerning Village Arrangement. In this case Nagari Salareh Aia is required to fulfill all the requirements for the expansion. However, the process for the division of the Salareh Aia Nagari was not completed in early 2022 due to the inhibiting factors in the form of border conflicts with other countries and the completeness of several files relating to the boundaries of the nagari which are still in conflict. So there was a delay in the expansion process of Nagari Salareh Aia.
