INOVASI KECAMATAN LUBUK DALAM KABUPATEN SIAK SRI INDRAPURA SEBAGAI KECAMATAN PERINGKAT 1 DI PROVINSI RIAU TAHUN 2020

Abstract

Performance is a form of the level of success of the work in quality and quantity achieved in realizing the goals, objectives, mission and vision that have been made. Lubuk Dalam District is a local government organization that is engaged in providing services to the community in Lubuk District in Siak Sri Indrapura Regency. Lubuk Dalam sub-district is ranked 1st in Riau Province in 2020. This study aims to find out what innovations support the Lubuk Dalam sub-district as the 1st-ranked sub-district in Riau Province in 2020 and find out how the strategy is carried out by the Lubuk Dalam sub-district government to achieve 1st rank sub-district in the province. Riau in 2020. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. The types of research data are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis

The results of this study are the supporting innovations of Lubuk Subdistrict as the 1st ranked sub-district in Riau Province in 2020, Lubuk Dalam District refers to Government Regulation Number 17 of 2018, Lubuk Dalam District refers to Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government in Chapter VIII Regarding Regional Apparatus Article 225. Supporting innovations for Lubuk Dalam sub-district as the best sub-district in Riau Province in 2020 are from service innovations that have been designed and complete documents for each activity and competition so that it gets a high score from the provincial level sub-district performance evaluation team.
