Abstract


This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management in moving the company. The better the existing human resources are managed, the better the results obtained by the company. To achieve the company's goals, employees who have high morale are needed to anticipate the opportunities and challenges of an increasingly competitive business environment. This research was conducted at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of employee morale at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. The sample of this study was taken as many as 47 respondents with a census sample technique. In this research, the method used is descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from the results of interviews and the distribution of questionnaires/questionnaires were then statistically tested through the SPSS program. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. In this study the results obtained are that Career Development has a positive effect on Employee Morale, Position Promotion has a positive effect on Employee Morale, then Career Development and Position Promotion have a positive effect on Employee Morale at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru.
