UPAYA FARE NETWORK (FOOTBALL AGAINST RACISM IN EUROPE) DALAM MENGATASI RASISME PADA SEPAK BOLA DI UKRAINA TAHUN 2012 – 2015

Abstract

The purpose of this research is for knowing the effort from FARE (Football Against Racism in Europe) on overcoming racism in football at Ukraine 2012-2015. FARE is official organization for tackling racism based in Europe especially in East Europe, in which main objectives of FARE is tackling any kind of discriminations. In this research to find what is FARE’s acts for effort racism in football at Ukraine. And to find what cooperation involved as teamwork and all the programs FARE’s made for effort racism in football at Ukraine and Europe, also what is the challenge and the resistance on handling racism in football at Ukriane and Europe as well. This research uses Neo-Liberalism perspective, which is the liberlism said, has cooperation between actor, and state, and also all form of association can make it happen something in internasional relations, the basis of optimistic to human behavior, the liberalism believe that human sense can make a gain in any situation, it means problem about this racism can be solved with peace, because of teamwork which is human mades, racism can show up wherever you at and whatever you are. The metode uses is qualitative, the techniqe for all datas are online research, library research which are books, journals, official websides and articels in high accurates. This research consider to show all the readers what are the programs that FARE exactly do including all the cooperation at Ukraine in action for football’s racism. The effort also involved NGO’s from Europe region, FARE taking this racism for all people and the stewards in rest of Ukraine and Europe as well which is FARE will educate it, because it is one of FARE’s program and also FARE’s main mission. One of the hard challenge for FARE is the supporter, they all seriously make FARE in inconvenience, racism in football can be defeat if we want to fight it together. Anti-racism is one of thing that very important for against all the racism in football.
