STRATEGI BADAN KELUARGA BERENCANA, PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN DAN PERLINDUNGAN ANAK DALAM MEWUJUDKAN DUMAI KOTA LAYAK ANAK TAHUN 2015-2017

Abstract

In 2011 the State Ministry for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection issued a Child Friendly City policy as a children's rights-based development system at the district or city level which aims to increase awareness and concrete efforts of government officials both in the Regency/City and in the village/district, families, communities, and the business world in realizing development areas that guarantee the fulfillment of children's rights. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, namely research in which it prioritizes an analytical description of an event or process as it exists in a natural environment to obtain a deep meaning from the nature of the process. Data collection techniques include interviews and documentation.

               Based on the results of the study, this can be achieved thanks to all BKBPPPA employees knowing the duties, functions and job descriptions of each field of work in accordance with the Dumai Mayor Regulation Number 55 of 2016 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures of the Women's Empowerment Service and Child Protection Dumai City.
