IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN WALIKOTA PEKANBARU NOMOR 73 TAHUN 2018 TENTANG SISTEM TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI SMART RESCUE DALAM PELAYANAN PEMADAMAN KEBAKARAN TAHUN 2019
Abstract
Covering the less than optimal equipment and supporting facilities for firefighting in the city of Pekanbaru, the Pekanbaru local government issued Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 73 of 2018 Concerning Information Technology Systems in “Smart Rescue” Fire Fighting Services. In 2019 the Pekanbaru City Government implemented a Smart rescue information technology system to optimize the equipment and support facilities for firefighters in Pekanbaru. Even though the information technology system has been equipped with Smart Rescue, the policy has not been optimal. There are still several problems from the weak performance of the Pekanbaru City Fire and Rescue Service.
This study aims to determine the implementation of Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 73 of 2018 concerning Smart Rescue Information Technology Systems in Fire Fighting Services and to find out what factors influence the implementation of Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 73 of 2018 concerning Smart Rescue Information Technology Systems in Fire Service. . This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the location of the research was carried out at the Fire and Rescue Service of Pekanbaru City. Furthermore, data collection techniques are carried out by interview and documentation.
The results show that the implementation of Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 73 of 2018 concerning smart rescue information technology systems in fire fighting services has not been optimal. This is caused by several influencing factors such as inadequate communication, inadequate resources, inadequate disposition and inadequate bureaucratic structure.
