Abstract


This research aimed to found factors which influence
employee’s performance of CV. Jaya Karya Baru in pekanbaru. those
factors were motivation and work environment. employees who have high
work motivation will give positive effect for organization, therefore
organization purpose reached and could work well. Hypothesis examination
carries out by spreads questionnaire about 20 sample of the employees at
CV. Jaya Karya Pekanbaru, analysis that used was validity test, using likert
scale on SPSS computer program version 16 by using double linear
regression analysis. Work motivation variable consists seven factors which
responded using the presentage of formula and would be
analyized by using Quantitve Description Technique.
linear regression analysis methode on the Likert scale could conclude
wheter that work motivation variable have both positive and significant
influence to employee’s work motivation. therefore, hypothesis which stated
that motivation have influence to employee’s work could be accepted.
Simultaneously both work motivation and work environment have
positive and significant influence to employee’s performance and could be
concluded that both work motivation and work environment have significant
influence to employee performance of CV. Jaya Karya Pekanbaru
