PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, PENGALAMAN DAN KEAHLIAN TERHADAP KINERJA KOPERASI DI KECAMATAN SINGINGI HILIR

Abstract

he growth of cooperatives has not fully revealed its form and role. The lag of cooperatives compared to other business entities is of course caused by various factors or problems. The main problem faced by Cooperatives today is related to human resources in Cooperatives. This study aims to determine the effect of the educational level of the administrators, the experience of the administrators and the expertise of the administrators on the performance of the cooperative. This research is a quantitative research using primary and secondary data. The population is all active cooperatives in Singingi Hilir District in 2021 with a total sample of 29 cooperatives. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple regression analysis with a dummy through the help of the SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The results showed that the education level of the administrators, the experience of the administrators and the expertise of the administrators had an effect on the performance of the cooperative.
