PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV DUTA PRATAMA EXPRESS DI DUMAI

Abstract


This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance. In this study, CV Duta Pratama Express was located on Jl. Tegalega – Dumai, Riau and the research will be conducted in 2022. This type of research is quantitative, as the independent variables in this study are leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2) and work discipline (X3). While the dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y). the samples taken in this study were 80 employees of CV Duta Pratama Express. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the measurement scale is Likert. The results of this study show Leadership. Organizational Culture and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of CV Duta Pratama Express Dumai.
