PENGARUH PENGAWASAN DAN LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP TERHADAP KINERJA PRODUKSI PADA PT. SEMUNAI SAWIT PERKASA (SSP), KECAMATAN PINGGIR KABUPATEN BENGKALIS RIAU

Abstract

Production is the center for implementing concrete activities for the procurement of goods and services in a business entity and company. The production process is the most important part of the company, because if it stops, the company will suffer losses and these losses are not wanted by every company This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision on production performance, the effect of long term relationship on production performance. The population in this study were PT. Semunai Sawit Perkasa in Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency and a sample of 36 respondents. The data obtained will be analyzed. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, which includes the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination test. The test results show that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. Based on the analysis, it is found that supervision has a significant positive effect on production performance, long term relationship has a significant positive effect on production performance
