INTENSITAS PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN : DAMPAK ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT, GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN

Abstract


Profitability is a barometer of the success of the company's performance in implementing the policies it has taken. Efforts to increase profitability are not only based on financial information but must also consider non-financial information. This study aims to determine the effect of enterprise risk management, good corporate governance, firm size on company profitability. The population in this study were all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 23 companies. The results of this study indicate that; first, company risk management has no significant positive effect on profitability; Second, good corporate governance has a significant positive effect on profitability; Third, firm size has no significant negative effect on profitability.
