ANALISIS POLA KONSUMSI PENDUDUK MISKIN TERDAMPAK COVID-19 DI KECAMATAN RUMBAI PESISIR
Abstract
This research was conducted in Rumbai Pesisir sub-district, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the income structure of poor families in Rumbai Pesisir District (P1) to determine and analyze the consumption patterns of poor families in Rumbai Pesisir District (P2) and to determine and analyze the income distribution of poor families in Rumbai Pesisir District (P3). This research is expected to be useful as information material for readers and reference material for parties with an interest in overcoming poverty, especially in Pekanbaru City. The type of data used in this study is primary data. And by using the case study method. The variable in this study is the Consumption Pattern (P1). From the results of the research that has been done, it is found that 1) On average, the income of poor households in Rumbai Pesisir District is IDR 1,663,536 in family in month. 2) Judging from the expenditure pattern, the expenditure pattern of poor households in Rumbai Pesisir District for food expenditure amounts to 67% for basic needs (rice, oil, tubers). And 33% for non-food needs such as (electricity, gas, tobacco, etc.). This indicates that the expenditure pattern of poor households in Rumbai Pesisir District is still on primary consumption. 3) From the analysis of existing data, the average level of inequality in income distribution or the Gini ratio of poor household families in Rumbai Peisir District is 0.35. This means that the average level of income distribution in Rumbai Pesisir is still low
