PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. CAPELLA DINAMIK NUSANTARA PEKANBARU
Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru, with the aim of knowing the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, work discipline on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance. To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance and the effect of work motivation on performance through employee job satisfaction and the effect of work discipline on performance through employee job satisfaction at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru. The type of research is descriptive quantitative path analysis. The sample in this study was 106 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Path analysis method using SPSS version 21. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that 1) Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru employees. 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru employees. 3) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru 4) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. 5) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. 6) Work motivation affects performance through employee job satisfaction. 7) Work discipline affects performance through job satisfaction of employees of PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru
