ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA FISIK BERDASARKAN SISTEM KARDIOVASKULER DAN KELELAHAN SECARA SUBJEKTIF PADA KARYAWAN PANEN PERKEBUNAN KELAPA SAWIT PT.PESAWOAN RAYA DI KABUPATEN PELALAWAN

Abstract

Every human being of course always feels a burden, be it physical or mental. The workload experienced will certainly cause fatigue for every human body. This study aims to determine the level of physical workload and fatigue experienced by employees of PT. Pesawoan Raya, on Pelalawan Regency. The population in this study included 25 harvest employees. Physical workload is measured based on cardiovascular load (CVL), while fatigue uses a Subjective Self Test Rating questionnaire from the Japanese Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC). Based on the results of the CVL data analysis, the physical workload received by the harvest employees was 56% of the total employees experiencing a rather severe level of fatigue with CVl values, while the remaining 44% experienced moderate levels of fatigue. Meanwhile, the results of the IFRC questionnaire showed that 60% of all respondents experienced high levels of fatigue, while the remaining 40% of employees experienced moderate levels of fatigue.
